Most of the time, dieters will shun Carbohydrates, not knowing that this nutrient is the energy provider to our body. In fact, our brain, in order to function well, needs Carbohydrate (One of the negative effects of a low-carb diet is the reduction of brain function, in other words, it makes your brain dull).
