Iron is very vital in order to make us win an Ironman/woman contest (bwa ha ha ha). But seriously, Iron, is indeed needed when we compete in a contest for physically-fit like the Ironman/woman contest. This is because, lack of Iron will make someone anemic. About 65-75% of the body's Iron is in our blood, in the form of Hemoglobin, which transport Oxygen throughout the body. If we lack Iron, we become anemic. And fruits are a good source of Iron.
